TVS Apache RTX 300 Launch Set for October 15 in India

TVS is finally ready to step into the adventure touring segment with its first ADV motorcycle the TVS Apache RTX 300. The company has confirmed that the bike will officially launch in India on October 15, 2025.

The RTX 300 was first showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, where it drew attention as TVS’s first adventure-tourer. Since then, design patents and test mules have given enthusiasts a good idea of what to expect.

Bold design and practical features

TVS filed the design patent for the Apache RTX 300 in March 2025, and spy shots have shown a muscular, adventure-ready look. The bike will feature twin LED headlamps, LED indicators, a transparent windscreen, and a chunky fuel tank that adds to its rugged appearance.

At the rear, the RTX 300 will come with split-pillion grab rails, a luggage rack, and an upswept exhaust, completing its adventure design.

Strong underpinnings

While TVS hasn’t revealed the full technical details yet, the bike is expected to be built on a trellis frame. It should feature a fully adjustable upside-down front fork, a rear monoshock, and 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, all set up for adventure and touring comfort.

Engine and performance

The Apache RTX 300 will be powered by a 300cc liquid-cooled engine based on TVS’s RT-XD4 platform, first showcased at MotoSoul 2025. This engine is expected to produce around 35 hp of power and 28.5 Nm of torque, giving it a strong mid-range for long rides and off-road use.

The TVS Apache RTX 300 marks a big step for the brand as it expands beyond its street and track-focused lineup. With its launch around the corner, it could become a strong rival to bikes like the BMW G 310 GS, KTM 390 Adventure, and Hero XPulse 400.
