Yamaha has updated its popular Yamaha R15 range for 2025, bringing in fresh colour schemes across the R15 M, R15 V4, and R15 S. With this update, prices now start at Rs 1.67 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), making the R15 family an even more attractive option for entry-level supersport enthusiasts.
New Colours for 2025
One of the biggest highlights is the introduction of the Matte Pearl White finish on the R15 V4, offered in India for the first time. The R15 V4 also gets a reworked Racing Blue with sportier graphics and a new Metallic Black option developed after customer feedback.
The premium R15 M gains a fresh Metallic Grey shade, while the R15 S now sports a stealthy Matte Black paired with contrast vermillion wheels, giving it an aggressive look.
Engine and Performance
The 2025 R15 range continues to use the 155cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA), producing 18.4 PS at 10,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Built on Yamaha’s Deltabox frame with a DiASil cylinder, the R15 maintains its reputation for sharp handling and performance.
